Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and better serve all clients, we have decided to implement a cancellation policy. Effective August 16th 2023, we kindly request that you provide at least six hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This will allow us the opportunity to offer the time slot to another client.
Cancellation within six hours of a scheduled appointment time will result in a 50% charge for services scheduled. Not showing up for scheduled appointments without notice will result in a 100% charge for services scheduled. We will request payment via an invoice. Once the invoice is paid in full, future appointments can be scheduled. All future appointment requests will be denied until invoices are paid in full.
Te re-schedule, modify, or cancel your appointment, please do so via links provided within your email or text confirmation. If you are still having issues finding a way to modify your appointment personally, please contact us well in advance by texting (803)-446-4472. If you need to call, please leave a voicemail.
Product and Service Return Policy
Services: All service sales are final. There will be no refunds offered of service fees. If your color or cut needs an adjustment, please contact the salon at 803-446-4472 within 7 business days and we are more than happy to make adjustments free of charge. If your color or cut goal was met and you just aren't pleased with your decision, there will be charges for further adjustment.
Hair Care Products: All products may be exchanged for products of equal or greater value. If more than 1/4th of the product is used, it is no longer qualified for exchange.
